Roasted Grape Tomatoes with Feta Cheese

We all love this easy recipe for roasted grape tomatoes with feta cheese, and I make it all the time because it’s tasty, easy, and pairs well with most any protein. Roasting tomatoes in the oven gives them a sweetness that is mouth-watering and delicious, and the feta cheese adds a nice, tangy creaminess. This healthy and easy tomato side dish recipe pairs well with flank steak, mashed potato casserole, and crusty bread.
Roasted Grape Tomatoes with Feta Cheese
Ingredients:
- 16 oz of red & yellow grape tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp basil, chopped
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
- High-quality balsamic vinegar, to taste
- 2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
How to Make Roasted Grape Tomatoes with Feta Cheese:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.
Add tomatoes, olive oil, basil, oregano, sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix until evenly coated.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Remove them from the oven and place them in a serving dish.
Drizzle balsamic vinegar to taste and top with feta cheese. Serve and enjoy!

This looks beautiful.. Tonight I made roasted cherry tomatoes with basil cream sauce. My pictures didn’t come out very good so I will have to make them again and hope my pics look more presentable for posting next time. You have great food here!
