Ingredients

store-bought pizza dough
room temperature

cup
of pizza sauce or marinara sauce
1½-2
cups
of mozzarella cheese
shredded
Pepperoni
to taste

of sliced mushrooms
sliced very thin

tbsp
yellow or red onion
sliced very thin
Fresh pineapple
cut into small chunks (or canned pineapple tidbits)
½
tsp
fennel seeds
crushed well
½
tsp
dried basil

tbsp
shredded Parmesan cheese
1
tsp
fresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Let the dough sit on a floured surface for 20 minutes before rolling it out.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Roll the dough into whatever shape and size of pizza you desire.
Place on a round baking tray or baking sheet coated with olive oil cooking spray.
Spread sauce evenly on the pizza. Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, pineapple, fennel seeds, basil, and Parmesan cheese.
Place it in the oven and bake for 11-15 minutes, until your desired crispiness.
Remove from oven and add fresh parsley. Enjoy.
