Prepare the marinade by combining the soy sauce, oil, vinegar, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, oregano, sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, white pepper, minced garlic, fresh cilantro, and lime juice in a gallon-sized zip-lock bag. Mix well, then add the flank steak and mix to coat it in the marinade.
