Caprese Salad

Caprese salad is a perfect salad for a hot day (or any day for that matter). Simple, easy, and full of flavor, especially when using homegrown tomatoes! I love the flavors of mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes together, and topping them with a high-quality balsamic vinegar makes it an irresistible salad. This capresa salad recipe was easy to make and paired nicely with some flank steak, roasted asparagus, and crusty bread.

May I ask how you do the printable recipes link?
Rina,
Thanks for visiting my site… glad you like the pictures. In regards to the printable recipes, I simply created a separate blog (very plain, no color, labels or archives) and copy and pasted my original recipe. I obviously leave out the photos too. I then create a link. Hope this helps.
