Ingredients
Par-baked hoagie roll
baked per instructions (or bread of choice)
3
slices
of pancetta
Mayonnaise
to taste
Roma tomato
sliced thickly
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
to taste
Turkey
slices (as many as you want)
Avocado
sliced thinly
Yellow onion
sliced thinly
Cheddar
Havarti, or Swiss cheese, sliced
Iceberg or romaine lettuce
shredded
Instructions
Bake par-baked hoagie roll per instructions.
Meanwhile, cook the pancetta in a large skillet until crispy. Place on a paper towel to drain the fat.
Once the bread is done & has cooled for a moment, slice lengthwise down the middle.
Slather each half of the bread with mayonnaise to taste.
Top one side with the tomatoes, then season them with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste.
Top with turkey, avocado, onion, cheese, and lettuce.
Top with the remaining bread half and serve immediately. Enjoy.
