Ingredients

can of white tuna fish
in water or oil, drained
2-3
tbsp
mayonnaise
to taste

tbsp
dill pickle
chopped (or sweet, if preferred)

tsp
yellow onion
finely minced
2
tsp
dill pickle juice
to taste (or sweet pickle juice)
Dash of dry mustard
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
to taste
Lettuce
chopped
Tomato slices
2-4
slices of whole wheat bread
plain or toasted
Instructions
Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, pickle, onion, pickle juice, dry mustard, sea salt, and freshly cracked pepper to taste in a bowl and mix well.
Taste and re-season if needed.
Spread the tuna salad on a piece of bread (or toast).
Add tomato slices and lettuce, and top with another piece of bread.
Serve and enjoy!
