bagels, toasted
Garlic & Herb Boursin Cheese, to taste
**Cream cheese tastes great too!
Smoked Salmon
**I used Nova Cold-Smoked Salmon
Red onion slices, to taste
**Soak them in ice water for a few minutes if they are too strong in flavor.
Capers, rinsed, to taste
Fresh dill sprigs, to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Toast the bagel, then spread a layer of Boursin garlic-herb cheese over each toasted bagel half.
Next, layer a few very thin slices of smoked salmon on top of the cheese.
Finish with a few slices of red onion, some capers, fresh dill sprigs, and lots of freshly cracked black pepper, to taste.
Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy.
