Ingredients

strawberries
Hulls removed & sliced in half or thirds, depending on the size
2-3
tbsp
sugar
Depending on the sweetness of the berries

vanilla bean
Sliced down the center and seeds removed with a knife
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Place the strawberries in the prepared baking dish and toss with the sugar and vanilla bean seeds

Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
Cool to room temperature before serving.
Serve on yogurt, ice cream,
pancakes
, or
waffles
