Ingredients

not pumpkin pie filling

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin, oil, eggs, and sugar until well-combined.
Combine the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
Stir into the pumpkin mixture until well combined, add walnuts and mix.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Bake in the oven for 55-65 minutes or until a tester comes out clean when inserted into the center of the loaf.
Let the bread cook for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving it slathered in butter, if desired. Enjoy.
