Ingredients

unsalted butter
softened

creamy peanut butter

white sugar

cup + 2 tbsp
light brown sugar

large egg

vanilla extract

all-purpose flour

tsp
baking soda

tsp
baking powder

cup
bittersweet chocolate chips
Fleur de sel
to taste (Sea salt)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Using a hand mixer (or stand mixer), cream together the butter, sugars, egg, peanut butter, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder; mix well.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips and mix.
Place spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the baking sheet 2 inches apart.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle the top with Fleur de sel, to taste (Sea salt).
Let them cool for a few minutes, then move them to a wire cooling rack to continue cooling.
Serve with ice-cold milk and enjoy!
