2cupsof seven-grain baguettechopped into small cubes
1tbspbasil olive oilgarlic oil, or regular olive oil
1tbspfresh parsleychopped
¼tspdried basil
¼tspdried oregano
2clovesof garlicminced finely
Sea salt and freshly cracked pepperto taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil, then coat it with olive oil cooking spray.
Cut the bread into small cubes.
Drizzle the basil olive oil all over the bread, add fresh parsley, dried basil, dried oregano, and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste. Toss to coat evenly with your fingers.
Pour the croutons onto the baking sheet.
Place into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
Add the minced garlic and stir to combine. Return to the oven for 2 minutes.
Cool and store in an airtight container until you use them. Enjoy!
