Tomato jam

Brie

baguette

Olive oil

Instructions
Make the sweet & spicy tomato jam–click the link up above for the recipe.
Allow the brie to come to room temperature for a few hours before making this recipe.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Slice the baguette thinly, then brush each piece with a bit of olive oil to taste, and place on a baking sheet.
Place in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
Lightly rub the raw garlic over the top of each crostini, and place it on a serving plate.
Pour some of the tomato jam into a small dish. If it's cold, heat it in the microwave until warmed up.
Place the brie on a serving plate.
Spread some cheese on the garlic crostini, followed by a dollop of tomato jam. Enjoy.
