BBLTA Bites (Brie, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and Avocado)

Large skillet
Ingredients
Several pieces of baconcooked, then cut into halves
Seven-grain baguettesliced into thin slices
Briesliced
Mayonnaiseto taste
Lettucechopped
Tomatoessliced
Avocadosliced
Instructions
Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crisp. Place on a paper towel to drain grease.
Wipe the skillet clean of the bacon grease, then coat it with cooking spray.
Place the baguette slices into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip over.
Place a dollop of brie on each slice, then remove from the heat and cover with a lid.
Once the brie has melted, pile two halves of bacon on the brie, then a bit of lettuce.
Dab the top of the lettuce with some mayonnaise, then top with a tomato slice and an avocado slice. (Put the mayonnaise directly on the bread if you don't use cheese).
