Ham, Mushroom, and Cheddar Frittata

We had company this weekend, and this ham, mushroom, and cheddar frittata recipe was a perfect Saturday morning breakfast. It’s fairly healthy but doesn’t taste like it. The ham, mushroom, and cheddar flavors paired well together, and it was light but filling. This easy baked frittata recipe paired nicely with some crispy hash browns, fruit salad, and twisted bacon.

That looks great, Pam, like a quiche but without the crust.

At first I thought that the topping was some kind of chutney! This looks sooo delicious.
